Overview

Based in London, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of one of the world’s leading law firms, ensuring we attract and hire the very best talent to drive our business forward.


Responsibilities

* The go‑to contact for candidates and recruitment agencies, making every interaction count.
* Orchestrating seamless recruitment processes, from approvals to interviews and assessment events.
* Keeping our applicant tracking system (Workday) sharp, organised, and up to date.
* Powering our team with insightful recruitment reporting and live trackers.
* Managing invoices and supporting ad‑hoc projects that keep our resourcing function ahead of the curve.


Qualifications

We want someone who’s ready to hit the ground running and thrive in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment. You’ll need:

* Proven experience in recruitment administration (in‑house or agency).
* A track record in busy, highly administrative roles, liaising with everyone from candidates to senior stakeholders.
* A keen eye for detail – accuracy is your superpower.
* Top‑notch organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities at pace.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to interact at all levels.
