Tempest Resourcing are recruiting an experienced Health & Social Care Teacher to join a welcoming and forward-thinking 6th Form College in Liverpool. This is a full-time, long-term role with an immediate start, offering stability and the opportunity to make a real impact on learners preparing for further education and careers in the care sector.
The Role:
Deliver engaging and high-quality Health & Social Care lessons to post-16 learners.
Confidently teach the OCR curriculum, ensuring learners are supported, challenged, and prepared for assessments.
Plan, deliver, and mark coursework to a high standard.
Contribute to the wider life of the department and support students in achieving their academic goals.
Requirements:
Experience teaching Health & Social Care at Level 3 within a school or college setting.
Strong understanding and experience delivering the OCR Health & Social Care specification.
QTS, QTLS or relevant teaching qualification.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to start ASAP and commit to the full duration of the placement.
