About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager with fluent proficiency in English to manage a portfolio of existing high-value accounts across the Benelux market (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg). You will focus on building and nurturing relationships with C-level executives, while guiding customers through the transition from perpetual licensing to subscription-based SaaS bundles.
You’ll play a key role in driving renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities to support long-term revenue growth. This role blends strategic account management with direct sales execution, offering a great opportunity to make a tangible impact in a key growth market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Focus: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across the Benelux region.
* Sales Execution: Own the end-to-end account strategy, driving renewals and identifying new opportunities for growth.
* Value Communication: Clearly articulate the value proposition of complex software solutions to both technical and business audiences.
* Client Transition: Support clients through licensing transitions and product upgrades with a consultative approach.
* Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (pre-sales, product, customer success) to ensure high client satisfaction and long-term success.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Fluent English is required.
* Dutch and/or French language skills are a strong plus given the regional scope.
* Proven experience in account management or enterprise sales, ideally with high-value clients.
* Strong track record of success in renewals, upselling, and cross-selling within a B2B environment.
* Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
* Familiarity with SaaS and subscription-based solution models.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
