We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Floor Layer to join a respected contractor working on tenanted social housing properties in the South Birmingham area.
As a Floor Layer, you will:
Install and lay vinyl flooring across various residential and commercial properties, ensuring a smooth, durable finish.
Carry out floor preparation and repairs, including subfloor levelling, to create an optimal surface for vinyl installation.
Ensure precise fitting and cutting of vinyl tiles or sheets to suit room dimensions and layouts, delivering a seamless appearance.We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Tiler, or Multi Trade Operative
Ideally, experience working in social housing
Strong knowledge of Laying techniques
A Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role
