Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (part-time applications will be considered)
Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday 8am - 4pm, Friday 8am - 3.30pm

Location: The post holder will be based at a site suitable for their role and will be expected to work across the Trust and to travel between sites, as required. Hybrid working with minimum 2 days in office per week during term time, with more flexibility during school holidays.
Anglian Learning is seeking an organised, proactive Technical Services Team Administrator to support our ICT and Technical Services teams across the Trust. This is a varied role combining systems administration, ICT support coordination, website and telephony support, and project administration.
Main Responsibilities
Systems & User Administration
Manage system user access (including HR/Payroll and centralised systems), including onboarding and offboarding
* Print and encode staff ID cards
* Maintain records within the Asset Management system
* Liaise with third-party providers to coordinate updates, patches and database copies
* Communicate scheduled downtime to users
* Triage system queries and logs, escalating where appropriate
* Support audit log clearance processes
Website & Digital Content
* Support schools with implementation of the Trust WordPress template
* Assist with content uploads and quality assurance
* Monitor WCAG compliance and remediate non-compliance
* Upload and manage content within the Trust SharePoint site ("Connect")
Telephony & Cloud Services
* Support Finance with monthly phone recharge processing
* Administer the Trust's mobile phone estate
* Manage Microsoft Teams Phone auto-attendant holiday settings
* Coordinate all-staff out-of-office messaging
* Conduct compliance searches (DSAR, FOI and disclosure requests)
* Manage group permissions within Active Directory and cloud platforms
* Support Cyber Security User Awareness programme
* Triage ICT Helpdesk tickets
Finance & Project Administration
* Raise purchase orders
* Maintain the Technical Services Asset Register
* Coordinate school recharges for centralised projects
* Support project administration and contractor coordination
* Minute-taking for Technical Services Leadership Team meetings
Person Specification
Essential:
* GCSE-level education (or equivalent experience)
* Proven administrative experience with a systematic and organised approach
* Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Word, Excel, Teams, email)
* Excellent communication skills (email, phone, video conferencing)
* Ability to prioritise, problem-solve and meet deadlines
* High levels of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
* Willingness to travel between Trust sites
Desirable:
* Experience working within ICT administration
* Experience with Helpdesk or service management systems
* Knowledge of Data Protection regulations
* Experience in a large or multi-site organisation
