Vehicle Painter position
What You'll Do
* Preparing vehicles for painting by masking and prepping as needed.
* Spraying vehicles with environmentally friendly water-based paints.
* Ensuring the correct colour match by checking paint colours and preparing spray-out cards.
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area and ensuring equipment operates effectively.
* Providing support to the bodyshop team in other departments when required.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Bodyshop Technician or Paint Sprayer (essential).
* A valid full UK Driving Licence (essential).
* A willingness to mentor and support junior technicians with your expertise.
* A genuine passion for the motor industry and a commitment to delivering top-notch results that meet customer expectations.
* The ability to work independently and make informed decisions when necessary.
* Exceptional attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes.
