A national disability charity is looking for an enthusiastic Support Worker to make a real difference in the life of a young, energetic, and vibrant autistic gentleman in his own home (no personal care required).

Salary & Benefits
* £23,810 per annum (pro-rata) + excellent benefits.
* Shift Pattern: between 9:00 AM–10:00 PM with occasional sleep-ins. You’ll earn an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.470 for sleep-ins. We plan rotas 4 weeks in advance—ensuring you can maintain a healthy work-life balance!
* 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time).
