Location: Ealing | 3-Month Temporary Contract | Hybrid: 3 Days WFH
Rate: £29.37/hr PAYE | £39.05/hr Umbrella

About the Role
As Committees Team Manager, you will be the driving force behind the Council's democratic services. You'll lead a skilled team that ensures the smooth running of committee meetings, supports elected members, and champions public engagement in local decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a dedicated Committees Team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
* Ensure compliance with the Council's constitution, legal frameworks, and best practices in governance.

* Oversee the preparation of agendas, reports, and documentation for committee meetings.
