The role involves delivering comprehensive debt and money advice, providing debt solutions to a wide range of clients across the Kirklees area. Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive debt advice and debt solutions to clients face‑to‑face and over the telephone.
- Manage your own caseload, keeping all cases up to date and ensuring successful conclusions for clients.
- Compete with conflicting priorities while maintaining high service quality.
- Support clients with the benefits system, helping them maximise income and improve long‑term financial capability.
Qualifications
- Recent experience delivering debt advice across all debt solutions to a diverse client base.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the benefits system.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations with emotional resilience.
- Capable of working flexibly and efficiently in a demanding environment.
The position is full‑time; part‑time working may also be considered.
