Account Executive - Emsworth (3 days a week)

Salary - £40k base + £30k OTE


Are you a motivated, relationship‑driven commercial professional with a talent for uncovering opportunities and supporting clients through impactful solutions? We’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our client’s growing team.


Our client provides cutting‑edge, full‑scale aerial technology solutions to a wide range of global industries.


The Opportunity


As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in nurturing customer relationships, managing qualified opportunities, and guiding clients through the sales process as they adopt innovative aerial technology.

Working with a progressive, collaborative team, you’ll help shape the future of how organisations operate by delivering solutions that drive efficiency, intelligence, and growth. This role offers genuine development potential and the chance to make a visible impact from day one.


Key Responsibilities

* Build a deep understanding of the platform, its features, and how it delivers value to customers across multiple sectors.
* Manage and develop relationships with stakeholders within assigned accounts.
* Take ownership of the sales cycle - from qualified opportunity through to proposal, demonstration, negotiation, and close.
* Work closely with the Business Development team to convert high‑quality leads into long‑term customers.
* Deliver consultative conversations that uncover challenges, define needs, and clearly articulate ROI‑driven solutions.
* Maintain a structured pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent activity.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking engagements.


What We're Looking For

* Minimum 1 year of business‑to‑business sales experience.
* Experience in technology or SaaS is advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal.
* Commercially intelligent, curious, and focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
* Proven ability to position and sell value‑led solutions with a strong ROI.
* Highly organised, resilient, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
* Driven by continuous improvement and long‑term career progression within sales.
