BAE Systems is looking for a skilled Solution Architect (SAP S/4HANA) to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of secure SAP solutions across critical defence programmes.
The Job
* Lead architecture and technical design of SAP S/4HANA solutions
* Ensure supplier compliance within SAP frameworks
* Provide strategic SAP consultancy across business and security domains
* Oversee system implementations and migrations
* Manage SAP security features including SNC and encryption
* Optimise performance and troubleshoot SAP environments
* Collaborate with contractors, government, and internal IT teams
Skills
* Proven SAP S/4HANA architecture and implementation experience
* Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform, and HANA Cloud
* Defence or highly regulated industry background
* Strong understanding of supplier assurance and security standards
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
