Description of the role: Our client, ReAgent, is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join their fantastic marketing team. This is a hands-on role for a proven, strong writer with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in content creation. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality written content, including blog posts, website copy, LinkedIn posts, customer newsletters, and internal communications.
In addition to writing, they will play a key role in visual communication, creating simple but effective designs for use across presentations, posters, marketing materials, and the company website. Ideally, they will also have experience using WordPress (or similar) to update and maintain the company website.
Responsibilities:
1. Write clear, engaging, and accurate content.
2. Create internal communications.
3. Create graphics using basic design tools.
4. Update and maintain website content.
5. Apply basic HTML knowledge where needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
6. Proven writing ability across multiple formats (website, blog posts, and internal communications).
7. At least 2 – 3 years' experience in a similar marketing or communications role.
8. Strong attention to detail.
9. Basic graphic design skills, including creating simple visuals and layouts.
10. Experience using WordPress or a similar platform (preferred).
11. Experience using MailChimp (advantageous).
12. Basic understanding of HTML (advantageous).
13. Good organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Qualifications:
14. Marketing qualification (e.g. CIM or equivalent) preferred but not essential – experience is more important.
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum
