We’re hiring a Customer Onboarding Support Executive to join a growing company in Norwich that provides consultancy and membership intelligence services to the global offshore energy sector.
This role is key in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new members and supporting existing subscribers by providing excellent service and helping them get the most from their subscription. You’ll be the main point of contact for member inquiries and work closely with internal teams to improve the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with members
* Provide accurate information and support on all subscription products
* Handle subscription renewals and incoming queries (phone/email)
* Support the sales team with customer insights and feedback
* Report customer concerns and suggestions to relevant departments
* Use MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Publisher) for daily tasks
* Gather and share market and customer insights with the team
Requirements:
* Experience in customer service or sales admin (office-based)
* Confident communicator, both over the phone and face-to-face
* Comfortable using computers and handling customer databases
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about the offshore energy sector
