As an HR Business Partner Change in the Human Resources team you’ll see the direct impact of your work on the people you support. As a key member of our HR service, you’ll work collaboratively with managers and leaders providing expert advice on all aspects of HR and organisational development, with a strong focus on transformation, cultural change, and strategic workforce planning. Your role and responsibilities Provide expert technical HR/OD advice across the spectrum of HR services to support organisational change and operational people management. Deliver people-focused change programmes aligned with service strategies. Coach and challenge managers to embed new ways of working. Help to drive performance outcomes through change, focussing on people issues and people development in addition to structural changes. Use data and evidence to drive performance and inform decision-making. You will need MCIPD qualified (or equivalent experience) To be a confident change leader with a track record of delivering complex HR projects To be skilled in coaching, influencing, and stakeholder engagement Knowledgeable in employment law, OD tools, and public sector reform. You’ll bring creativity, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit to help shape the future of our workforce and services.
