Location: Wisteria Hall – Grantham. Department: Residential. Salary: £34,000 – £36,000 per year, with enhanced overtime rates and opportunities for additional shifts.
What You’ll Do
* Provide high‑quality care and emotional support to children in a safe, nurturing environment.
* Help shape brighter futures through consistency, compassion, and resilience.
* Work as part of a dedicated team, from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, offering structure, support, and a healthy work‑life balance.
What You’ll Earn
* Annual salary: £34,000 – £36,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
* Enhanced overtime rates and opportunities for additional shifts.
What You’ll Need
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Level 3 qualification in Child Care.
* Minimum 12 months of experience in children’s residential care.
* 21 + and right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
