Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Colne, involves managing a portfolio of client accounts to foster relationships, meet sales targets, and drive customer satisfaction. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for generating new business leads, preparing quotes, following up with potential clients, and negotiating terms to meet client needs effectively. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences while maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
Qualifications

* Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and business development strategies
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales software is a plus
