Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a world-class, personalised client experience in line with luxury service standards.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local and international clients.
* Drive individual and team sales performance, consistently achieving and exceeding KPIs.
* Act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor, with strong product knowledge across menswear collections.
* Support and mentor junior team members, leading by example in service and sales excellence.
* Maintain impeccable visual standards and ensure the boutique environment reflects the brand’s luxury positioning.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Senior Client Advisor or Client Advisor within luxury retail.
* Strong sales performance with a solid menswear background.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a highly client-centric approach.
* Confident, polished, and professional presentation aligned with luxury retail standards.
* Flexible to work weekends and peak trading periods as required.
