Job Description
Vickerstock is partnering with a major European manufacturing business to appoint a Purchasing Administrator. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those looking to start or advance their career in purchasing or the supply chain sector. It is suitable for candidates with little or no experience in purchasing, with a competitive starting salary up to £27,000. The successful candidate will have the chance to obtain a CIPS qualification after 12 months of experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Process purchase orders and invoices efficiently.
2. Manage and resolve invoice queries promptly.
3. Generate and develop regular reports.
4. Administer supplier approvals and material code management.
5. Maintain accurate pricing records.
6. Process and report TSS customs declarations.
7. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing local contracts and agreements.
8. Perform other purchasing-related duties as required.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role or relevant degree (Supply Chain, Economics, Accountancy, Finance).
* Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivots, and VLOOKUPs.
* SAP experience is desirable.
* Strong communication skills.
