We are looking for an Administrator to join our growing Business Support team. You will help ensure that customers have all the information they require to make timely payments.
Your core responsibilities
* Responding to high volumes of emails in the Credit Control inbox
* Producing statements and copy invoices for customers
* Opening customer accounts
* Resolving customer queries
* Updating customer accounts
* Support the wider department whilst working to strict SLAs
Our essential requirements
* 12 months transactional finance experience
* Proven record of managing a debtor portfolio
* Confident Excel skills ideally including look ups and pivot tables
* Well organised with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong time management with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
