Job Title: Behaviour Support Staff Location: Wakefield (WF4) Pay: £460 – £600 per week (Depending on experience) Start Date: Immediate Contract: Day-to-Day / Long-Term, Part-Time / Full-Time Do you have the confidence and resilience to support students with challenging behaviour and help them succeed in school? GSL Education are looking for committed Behaviour Support Staff to work in a specialist setting in Wakefield (WF4). This is a rewarding opportunity for experienced Behaviour Support Staff who can provide consistent guidance, promote positive behaviour, and help pupils stay engaged with their learning. As Behaviour Support Staff, you will work closely with students who require additional behavioural and emotional support. The successful Behaviour Support Staff will be patient, calm under pressure, and confident building strong relationships with young people.
