Kier Places are recruiting now for a Resident Liaison Manager in East London to assist on Fire Safety, Fire Doors, Kitchens & Bathrooms contracts, to support the Contract Managers and Site Managers with ensuring the business provides a customer focused service for all stakeholders involved
Location: East London, working across a number of sites across East London and Essex
Contract: Permanent, full time
Responsibilities
As a Resident Liaison Manager, you'll be working within the Residential Solutions Team, supporting them in facilitating the smooth running of projects.
Your day to day will include:
* Evaluate current systems and engage with the Operations manager protocols that can be introduced to the department for the RLO role to progress.
* Develop forms that will be directly used on site by the RLO team
* Oversee and manage all RLO staff across the planned works portfolio in Residential solutions. This will include performance reviews and future recruitment.
* Actively engage with all RLO's and site teams to create a positive workplace.
* Facilitate the smooth running of projects by building and maintaining positive relationships between the residents, sub-contractors, client representatives and the Kier team.
What are we looking for?
This role of Resident Liaison Manager, is great for you if:
* Have strong experience as a Resident Liaison Officer with a housing maintenance background
* Have a strong understanding of relevant legislation & compliance issues surrounding housing & property
* Have the ability to deal with sensitive & difficult scenarios.
* Have face to face customer service experience and a willingness to learn
