We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in Cancer Services at Glangwili Hospital.
The post holder will provide and maintain a comprehensive and efficient role to Cancer Services, acting on their own initiative and working very closely with other services.
Main duties of the job
This post will be supporting the Cancer Services Department to undertake data validation and tracking for patient pathways.
The post holder will liaise with Health Professionals and their teams in Hywel Dda University Health Board, gathering data and ensuring patients pathways are tracked appropriate utilizing the relevant patient management systems.
The post holder will assist the Cancer Services Team in the generation of reports, perform administrative duties and provide general administrative support to the Cancer Services as required.

48 General Practices (GP surgeries), 49 Dental Practices, 98 Community Pharmacies (chemists), 44 General Ophthalmic Practices (including eye health and low vision services), 38 sites providing mental health and learning disability services, care within your own homes.
Highly specialised and tertiary services commissioned by the Welsh Health Specialised Services Committee, a joint committee representing seven health boards across Wales.
