As we embark on a significant journey of transformation and expansion, we’re seeking a Growth Lead (New Business Development) to own and accelerate our organic growth strategy.
Reporting
Reporting directly to the Managing Director and sitting on the Customer Leadership Team, you will be the driving force behind new client acquisition, converting strategic opportunities into long‑term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Strategic Pitches & Proposals: Own the end‑to‑end bid management process for complex RFIs and RFPs while developing creative, data‑led, and commercially robust solutions.
* Craft Compelling Narratives: Create high‑quality sales enablement materials, case studies, and presentations.
* Pipeline Generation & Nurture: Plan and execute proactive new business campaigns to attract and convert high‑value prospects, consistently keeping Powerforce top‑of‑mind.
* Champion Insight & Process: Utilize CRM for accurate forecasting and reporting. Implement continuous improvements to optimise client engagement and pitch‑to‑win ratio.
* Build High‑Value Relationships: Proactively network and build relationships with key teams at target client organisations.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven success in New Business Development or Bid Leadership, with a preference for experience in a Field Marketing Agency, Retail Activation, or Marketing Services environment.
* Deep understanding of the FMCG or Retail landscape.
* Exceptional ability in proposal writing and delivering persuasive visual presentations.
* Strong commercial acumen and confidence in developing commercial pricing models for services‑based contracts.
* A collaborative, positive mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally with Operations, Insights, and Finance teams.
