Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within the financial services sector, utilising tools such as Salesforce to manage customer interactions effectively. The ideal applicant will possess strong communication and analysis skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
* Utilise Salesforce to log interactions, update customer records, and track service requests.
* Provide accurate information regarding financial products and services, ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Analyse customer issues to identify root causes and propose appropriate solutions or escalations.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively and confidently.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
* Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and satisfaction is achieved.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on common customer concerns.

Experience

* Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the financial services industry.
* Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
* Strong analysis skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and determine appropriate actions.
* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently whilst maintaining attention to detail.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering outstanding customer support is preferred but not essential. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
