The chance for a Senior Healthcare Assistant to support a dedicated team throughout the days at our Somerset care home, Oaktree Court

* With the support and kindness of the team, you will work closely with residents, their families and external health professionals to provide safe, high-quality physical and emotional care
* You will provide personal care, reassurance and companionship throughout the night, ensuring residents’ needs are always met with kindness and respect.
* You will be passionate about encouraging and supporting residents to achieve even the smallest goals, promoting confidence and wellbeing.
* Through the positive relationships you build, residents will feel supported to maintain their independence, make their own choices and always feel dignified.
* You will have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in an organised and structured way.
* You will be willing to learn, grow and develop within the role.
* You will be flexible and happy to work weekends when required to support the team.
