£26,208 salary + company car + uncapped monthly bonus - top performers regularly earn £1,000+ per month in bonuses.

The Role
As a Field-Based Brand Ambassador, you’ll manage your own territory across Falkirk and Stirlingshire, building relationships with independent retailers and helping grow the presence of ELFBAR and Lost Mary in-store. You’ll be responsible for driving brand visibility, supporting retailers, and identifying new business opportunities while representing two market-leading brands.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Visit independent retailers and convenience stores across your territory
* Build strong relationships with store owners and decision‑makers
* Increase product visibility and point‑of‑sale presence
* Introduce retailers to our brand rewards programme
* Identify new retail opportunities and grow distribution
* Manage and develop your territory like your own business
What We’re Looking For
* Sales experience, retail experience or field sales / FMCG experience (preferred but not essential)
* Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills
* Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently
* Interest in sales, brand development or the vaping industry
* Full manual UK driving licence (minimum 12 months)
