What you’ll be doing:
* Working within our shops, boosting shop income with stock control, merchandising and great customer service
* Helping launch pop-up shops and expanding our e-commerce
* Helping to manage rotas, shop van collections and volunteer drivers
* Coordinating Gift Aid & supporting income reporting
* Delivering a fantastic customer experience every day
What we’re looking for:
* 1+ year retail experience
* Confident, organised & a great communicator
* Friendly team leader with a heart for helping others
* Skilled in multitasking & admin
* Positive attitude & full of fresh ideas
Bonus if you have:
* Retail Gift Aid / online sales knowledge
* Experience with budgets or shop management

Hours: 22.5 per week (worked 3 days across our 7-day trading operation)
Pay: £14,957.66 (FTE £24,929.44), hourly rate of £12.75
