Salary: £30,513 + £3,000 sleep‑in bonus (annual average)
Rising to £32,219 after 18 months + £3,000 sleep‑in bonus (annual average)

Responsibilities
* Join an experienced and supportive team in a fully equipped setting.
* Enable each child and young person in care to achieve their personal best.
* Use an electronic care recording system daily to document, monitor and update records.
* Support and care for children and young people in a children’s residential child sexual exploitation service.
* Operate confidently with digital systems such as Clearcare (advantage, not essential). Full training provided.
* Participate in best‑in‑class inductions, training and ongoing development via the Learning & Development Team.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Demonstrate integrity and accountability; be committed, responsible, person‑centred and enthusiastic.
* Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
* Provide at least two references covering the past two years, and reference information for all positions related to working with children and the vulnerable.
* Provide details of employment going back to full‑time education.
* Comfortable using electronic care recording systems; experience with Clearcare is an advantage.
