The role
* Assess and diagnose mental health conditions
* Develop individualised treatment plans for patients
* Administer psychiatric medications and monitor their effects
* Provide various forms of therapy, including individual and group sessions
* Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessment
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
* Advocate for patients' rights and support their recovery journey
* Offer education and emotional support to patients and their families
* Promote mental health awareness and destigmatisation
* Stay updated on current practices and treatments in mental healthcare

Nursing requirements
