Duties - Repairs Investigations Engineer
* Drive technical investigations and resolve scheduling challenges
* Host customer visits related to returned units
* Manage customer expectations and progress timelines
* Author and support aftermarket technical documentation
* Collaborate with internal engineers to rectify and improve products
