Responsibilities
As an Assistant Depot Manager, you will support the Depot Manager with the day-to-day running of the depot, and you will identify and suggest new opportunities to grow sales. Your support can include reviewing the P&L, recruiting, leading by example, and motivating the team to achieve and exceed sales targets by building strong working relationships with the local trade. The pace is fast, the environment is competitive, and success is recognised through financial rewards and team spirit.
This role provides a pathway to becoming a Depot Manager in the future, with extensive online and face-to-face training to develop the skills and knowledge needed.
