UX Designer
24 month Fixed Term Contract - 2 days a week onsite in West London
Up to £53,000 per annum, good pension contributions, 25 days holiday
I’m currently partnering with a leading Not-for-Profit / Charity to recruit a User Experience (UX) Designer on a 24-month FTC within a collaborative digital team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape impactful digital experiences across projects spanning fundraising, online collections, and immersive digital initiatives.
You’ll play a key role across the full product lifecycle - from discovery through to delivery - ensuring user needs are at the heart of every decision.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead user research, testing, and insight gathering to inform design decisions
* Translate insights into user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes
* Drive data-led UX improvements, including CRO and A/B testing
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, content, development)
* Champion a user-centred, iterative design approach across the organisation
What we’re looking for:
* Strong experience in UX design, research, and optimisation
* Confidence working with both qualitative and quantitative data
* Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence outcomes
* Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and experimentation tools
