The Role
You’ll support a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality HR advice and leading employee relations casework end-to-end.
This includes onboarding new clients, advising managers through complex situations, and ensuring consistent, professional service delivery. You’ll need to manage your time effectively across multiple clients and balance client needs with commercial priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering day-to-day HR support
Lead ER casework (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance)
Advise managers with clear, practical and commercially sound guidance
Support onboarding of new clients
Maintain accurate documentation and case tracking
Support business development activity and client relationships
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Proven experience managing employee relations cases independently
Experience in a client-facing or fast-paced HR environment
Strong UK employment law knowledge
Ability to manage multiple priorities and clients

Prefer a single in-house HR role
Are not confident managing ER casework independently

What We Offer
£32,000 – £41,600 (32 hrs) | £40,000 – £52,000 FTE
£19.23 – £25.00 per hour
25 days holiday + TOIL + flexible working
