Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including tax and pension contributions. Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies effectively. Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant authorities. Support audits by providing payroll-related documentation and information. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll-related queries. Implement payroll updates and adjustments in response to company or regulatory changes. Provide training and guidance to junior payroll staff, if required. The Successful Applicant A successful Payroll Supervisor should have: Previous experience leading a small payroll team Knowledge of UK payroll legislation, statutory requirements, PAYE and HMRC rules Experience working with Zellis Resource Link and Kronos systems Strong analytical skills Full UK license An analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
