What does Progression look like… If you are looking to progress to Deputy Manager, this is the company for you. over 60% of the current Deputy Managers were previously Seniors within the company. It does not stop at becoming a Deputy, with the current number of homes and the additional 23 homes just in 2024 there are multiple opportunities for Registered Managers and beyond. Working Week and Pay… Managerial time and on-shift time : 40 hours per week / 173 hours per month. You are paid for any time over time. Sleeps: 6 are required per month, paid at £50 per sleep. What you will need/None-Negotiables … Hold an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Equivalent or be over 60% through the course. Have a minimum of 1 years' experience in Residential Childcare and working alongside young people. Be at least 22 years old to comply with children’s homes regulations. Have a valid driving licence.
