An international Quantity Surveying consultancy with an expanding M&E division is seeking a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable managing other M&E Quantity Surveyors within the London team. The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor's role Alongside providing mentoring and management support, the Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will be involved in several large, high-value and complex schemes, which are delivered by the wider team. In addition to these projects, the Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will lead smaller schemes (up to £70m) with the support of assistants, delivering both pre and post contract services. This will include early budgets and estimates, single and two stage tendering, and reporting to the client.
