Female Support Worker
Shift pattern: Can vary from 9am - 5pm Monday- Friday with an option of picking up a weekend shift.
Pay rate: £16 per hour remote specialist rate due to the nature of the work.
Female only (Occupational requirement: Gender Specific, this is due to the requirements of the person we support and their care needs. This is a reasonable step to safeguard the person we support and the staff team.)

What will the Support Worker role look like for you?
You will be supporting a female in her early 20's who has a diagnosis of Autism and Learning disabilities. You will be promoting life skills and independence for this bright, active young lady and will be required to assist with aspects such as personal care, outings. You will be 2nd staff member unless you pick up overtime where you could be 1:1 for a short period of time.
She is supported in her home with family around to help if needed.
You will be required to be a driver and have business insurance where your mileage will be paid if you are to take the individual out into the community.
What we are looking for in the Support Worker:

This role requires you to be female.
UK clean full driving license
