Responsibilities
* Discover. Perform data-driven analyses, assess market trends, and use research tools to identify the most promising acquisition opportunities and bring them into the pipeline.
* Analyze. Gather and interpret financial data, build accurate models, and craft compelling investment memos. Dive deep into each deal, and provide clear, data-driven recommendations to orient critical decisions.
* Negotiate. Persuade sellers, secure optimal terms, and navigate complex scenarios to achieve success in every negotiation.
* Improve and innovate. Reflect on past deals to identify what worked and what didn’t, refine the team strategy, and leverage insights to push the bar even higher next time.

The selection process
If you pass our screening, we’ll ask you to complete a set of tests designed to assess how you approach unfamiliar problems. They’re challenging and may take several hours. If successful, you’ll be invited to a series of interviews.
We set the bar high and won’t extend an offer until we’re convinced we’ve found the right candidate. This role may stay open for months or be reposted.

Before you apply

We may ask you to work from our Milan office initially to ramp up quickly and absorb our company culture, with travel and accommodation support. Afterward, you may work from Milan or London offices, or remotely from approved countries.
