Revenue Manager – Maldron Hotel Brighton
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Revenue Manager to join the 4* Maldron Hotel Brighton as we embark on a period of growth.
We are seeking a talented individual with experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry.
Objective of the Role
Reporting to the General Manager and Group Revenue Manager, the Revenue Manager will drive the revenue strategy to maximise revenue and market share for the hotel, while managing all elements of revenue and reservations management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Build and execute the rooms strategy for the hotel.
2. Manage the hotel rates and distribution strategy.
3. Support and develop the Reservations department.
4. Achieve monthly budget targets and ensure profitability.
5. Collaborate with other hotels in the Dalata Hotel Group to support group revenue strategy.
6. Develop new business and revenue streams.
7. Lead weekly and quarterly commercial meetings.
Requirements
1. At least 2 years' experience as a revenue manager in the hotel or hospitality industry.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
3. Business development experience.
4. Experience with the OPERA system is preferred.
