Role Overview Our client is looking to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented Installation & Compliance Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery, quality, and compliance of our eco-efficiency installations. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between technical monitoring agencies, subcontractors, surveyors, customers, and internal teams, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards and regulatory requirements. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong organisational, technical, and relationship management skills. Key Responsibilities Management & Coordination Manage installers and subcontractors, ensuring efficient coordination of all activities. Oversee material orders and manage all logistics associated with installations. Act as the main point of contact for all field operatives and logistical issues related to any installation. Collaborate with other account managers to ensure successful project delivery across all areas. Quality Assurance & Compliance Monitor the quality of installations for eco-efficiency measures to ensure compliance with performance standards. Oversee the quality of survey submissions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to requirements. Liaise with technical monitoring agencies, subcontractors, and customers to identify and resolve non-compliances quickly. Organise and maintain compliance-related documentation, including MCS and PAS certifications and ongoing maintenance. Health & Safety Conduct toolbox talks, health & safety briefings, and other site-related training sessions. Ensure all field activities comply with relevant health and safety regulations. Stakeholder & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with subcontractors, contractors, and surveyors. Lead onboarding efforts with local authorities and funding bodies to ensure the effective delivery of ECO projects. Confidently represent the company at business events and industry functions. Ideal Candidate Will Have: Strong organisational and communication skills. Experience in managing field operations, particularly within eco-efficiency or construction sectors. In-depth knowledge of compliance standards such as MCS and PAS2035. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including contractors, surveyors, and local authorities. Confidence in handling challenging conversations with customers, subcontractors, and internal staff in a professional and solution-focused manner. Excellent computer skills, with the ability to efficiently use desktop applications, CRMs, and project management tools. Health & Safety training experience, including conducting toolbox talks and on-site briefings. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
