With great pride, you'll be passionate to ensure the day to day cleanliness of Oaktree Court and the laundry service for residents and across the home is exceptional.
Achieving and maintaining high standards in line with your training and the guidelines set out by Majesticare will be important to you.
Experienced in COSHH regulations, you understand how, what and when to use the correct products for each task and how to securely and safely store and dispose of these.
Throughout your working day, you'll love the moments to encourage & guide residents to reach even the smallest of achievements.
With warm relationships, residents will feel supported to be independent, make their own choices, and always feel dignified.
You'll thrive on being organised and be someone who notices even the small of detail.
A willingness to learn, grow and develop is what continues to drive you.
* This role is for 24 hours per week, including every other weekend and some 6am starts
