Key Responsibilities
* Academic Excellence: Delivering Spanish from KS3 through to A-Level, with a focus on sophisticated grammatical structures and authentic oral fluency.
* Oxbridge Preparation: Mentoring students through the Modern Languages admissions process for elite universities, including mock interviews and HAT preparation.
* Co-Curricular Leadership: Coordinating the school's "Hispanic Society" and leading biennial immersion trips to Spain or Latin America.
* Pastoral Duty: Serving as a Sixth Form Tutor, providing high-level academic and emotional support to a small group of tutees.
Salary & Contract Details
* Salary Range: £40,317 – £62,496 (M1 – UPS3 equivalent)
