Account Handler

Salary - £45,000
A well-known brokerage is seeking an experienced Account Handler to provide technical, administrative, and client support to their busy team of Account Executives.
The Role:
* Provide technical and administrative support to Account Executives on client renewals and new business.
* Prepare quotations, market documentation, and presentations to support client servicing and sales activity.
* Liaise with clients, insurers, and underwriters to facilitate policy changes, amendments, and documentation.
* Track impending renewals, gather information in advance, and ensure all documentation is accurate and timely.
* Support compliance, quality assurance, and internal procedures, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to assist with insurance placements and client service delivery.
* Handle day-to-day client enquiries efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction.
About You:
* Previous experience Account Handler experience.
* Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Acturis trained.
* Proactive, highly organised, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Knowledge of various insurance products and services.
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Relevant insurance qualifications desirable (CII Certificate / Diploma, CeRGI, or equivalent).
