SJP Recruitment are seeking an experienced Head of Strategic HR Operations on behalf of a client. This is a senior opportunity to lead and shape HR operations in a complex organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead HR functions including Employee Relations, Pay & Reward, HR Policy, HR Systems, Recruitment, and Trade Union relations
* Develop strategies to strengthen employment relations and attract/retain key talent
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement across HR services
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and manage budgets effectively
Requirements:
* Proven track record in leading HR operations within complex organisations
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working with Trade Unions or equivalent bodies
* Excellent knowledge of HR legislation, policy, and best practice
* Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and delivery
