Remarketing administrator
Pay: £12.50 per hour

What we need
1. Vehicle Sales Admin Assistant to support the Vehicle Remarketing Team
2. Full-time 40 hours per week, based in Birmingham Office
What you’ll do
3. Assist with fleet disposal administrative duties
4. Collate documentation required for vehicles to be sold
5. Process vehicle collections to auction Companies/ Salvage suppliers
6. Arranging movement of sale vehicles
7. Vehicle stock reconciliation
8. Update daily sales pre/post sales information
9. Maintain records held on Holman systems
10. Maintain Group Mailbox
11. Manage incoming telephone enquiries
What you’ve got
12. Strong office administration experience
13. Knowledge of fleet administration
14. Vehicle industry knowledge preferable
15. Attention to detail, working with large volumes of data
16. Ability to multitask and work in a busy office environment
17. Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
18. Ability to work individually and effectively as part of the team
