We're excited to be expanding our team of Estate Agents in Dorset and Hampshire and are looking for talented individuals to join our award winning Agency.

We're not a franchise, we're not an online estate agency, and you don't have to pay a monthly licence fee - we're simply a team of local Estate Agents who all work together.
We even pay upfront commission on homes that you list so you can start earning money as soon as you join. Even better, as a well established Estate Agency, customers already contact us for valuations..
We understand that if you're a good estate agent, you'll already have a good job, BUT...

As a member of our team, we support you in everything you do. We work closely with you to help you get your listings, we can accompany and support you on your valuations, and our offices are always available to work from if you fancy a bit of company and chat.
But for you to achieve the best results, we need to provide the best tools and support which is why....
* We use our own in-house photographer to professionally photograph every property you list
* We film, produce and edit introductory videos for you on all of your instructions
* We create your floorplans and produce interactive 360° virtual tours for you
* We launch your listings on all 4 main property portals, and Premium List all of your instructions on Rightmove
* We distribute our HIVE magazine in 100's of key locations in your area
* We deliver over 10,000+ items of localised marketing material
* We have an in-house sales progressor solely devoted to chasing your sales
* We take care of all the annoying administration and paperwork
* We launch online targeted marketing and social media campaigns for you
* We limit the amount of people we work with, to ensure your area gives you plenty of opportunities
* And because we know you can't be in two places at one time, we even answer the phone when you're not around

Quite simply, we need you to be good at what you do...
Estate Agency experience is essential, along with good communication skills to ensure your clients receive exceptional customer service - and of course a valid driving licence and use of a car.
Our team are passionate about what they do, and their talent has seen them achieve some incredible results.
