Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Developer to lead and manage a centralised Microsoft Dynamics, Power Apps, and automation services. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining low-code and automation solutions across the organisation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end design and delivery of automated workflows using Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.
* Act as SME and escalation point for technical queries across business and change teams.
* Maintain a centralised catalogue of automation assets and technical documentation.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with strategic and architectural goals.
* Promote low-code adoption through knowledge sharing and best practices.
* Contribute to technical governance, design assurance, and technology roadmaps.
* Research and recommend emerging technologies to enhance business efficiency.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Expert in Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform development, including accreditation.
* Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills.
* Experience with process modelling tools (e.g., EA Sparx, BizzDesign).
* Proven ability to influence stakeholders and guide development teams.
* Understanding of change management and financial services processes.
* Desirable knowledge of Workday Configuration.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
