We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative for our online chat, to join our team in Uckfield.
In this role, you will be the first point of online contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support in the gaming sector. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyse customer needs will be essential in ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries via email and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
* Analyse customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our company software system.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
* Provide information about products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
* Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues resolved.
* Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the gambling industry, or an understanding of betting would be an advantage.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage effectively with customers.
* Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
