Allen Motor Group are looking to recruit a motivated Product Specialist to join our Ford dealership in Nuneaton. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a successful career in automotive sales, with full training and support provided. As an Product Specialist, your main focus will be guiding customers through the full sales process — from initial meet and greet, qualification and test drives, through to informing all new and used car options, overcoming objections, and helping customers confidently commit to a purchase. You will also handle follow-up calls, maintain ongoing customer contact, and ensure every handover of new and used vehicles is professional and memorable. You’ll quickly become knowledgeable about our Ford range as well as our used stock and new stock, enabling you to deliver strong product presentations and tailored recommendations that help close the sale. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week over 5 days (Monday–Sunday). We offer a basic salary of £26,000, with an OTE of £28,400, along with a clear career path progressing into a full Sales Executive position, supported directly by the Sales Manager Why Allen Motor Group? No!
