SEMH Teacher - Primary (KS1/KS2)
Location: B93 Area, Birmingham
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: MPS + SEN Allowance (dependent on experience)

We are looking for a dedicated SEMH Teacher to join our team, working with primary-aged pupils who require a nurturing and structured learning environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of children who need it most.
The Role:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of pupils with SEMH
* Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
* Work closely with support staff, external agencies, and families
* Support pupils' emotional regulation, behaviour, and learning progress
* Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school
We're looking for someone who:
* Has QTS and experience working with SEMH or SEND pupils
* Understands trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches
* Can build positive, trusting relationships with pupils and staff
* Has a strong commitment to inclusion and safeguarding
